Why pilates?

Pilates is amazing, not just for a toned body and great fitness. Pilates significantly improves posture, prevents and improves chronic lower back ache, can be effective pain management and migraine relief, improves balance and reduces falls in the elderly, is fantastic for women as it can reduce incontinence, and is especially helpful for rehabilitation after an injury as well as injury prevention!
